Welcome!

There is a lot of work to be done to build the new Presidio Parkway! This site has been created to provide an interactive forum to inform the small businesses located in San Francisco, the Bay Area and throughout California of contract opportunities within the Doyle Drive Replacement Project, The Presidio Parkway.

Our goal is to provide access to contracting opportunities to as many UDBE, DBE, SBE and DVBEs (what do these stand for?) as possible so that we may meet, or exceed, the participation goals set forth in each of the construction contracts that comprise the Presidio Parkway.

There are opportunities for UDBE/SBE subcontractors and/or suppliers for the following types of work: Temporary and Permanent Striping, Minor Concrete Work, Joint Sealing, Landscaping, Quarry Products, Construction Materials, and Trucking.

Performance and payment bonds by admitted surety, naming prime contractor as the obligee, in full amount of the subcontractor’s bid, subject to approval by Flatiron/Kiewit required. Bonding assistance is available. This project is an OCIP administered project and subcontractors will comply with OCIP eligibility and policy requirements.
