This closure is necessary to restore sidewalks and roadway elements in the area.

The lower portion of Storey Avenue is expected to remain closed approximately one week after Lincoln Boulevard re-opens. The website will be updated when the dates for these closures are confirmed.

Additionally, there is expected to be night work on Friday, January 20 and Saturday, January 21 from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. the next morning. This night work is associated with closures of northbound and southbound Highway 1 at Highway 101 in order to shift the traffic alignment. As part of this work, the ramp from southbound Highway 101 to southbound Hwy 1 will be closed on Wednesday, December 28 from 12:30 a.m. to 4:00 a.m.

The dates for this work could change depending on weather and unforeseen conditions.

There will be additional closures of Highway 1 in January as crews work to finalize the Highway 101/1 interchange. This work will require the closure of the off-ramp from southbound Highway 101 to southbound Highway 1.

The majority of this work will occur between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., however, there will be several nights of work associated with this project.

On Wednesday, November 16, and Thursday, November 17, work will occur from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. to remove existing curbs, set barrier railing and demolish the existing median. This work will include saw-cutting, backfilling and the use of heavy machinery. During this time, the last exit on northbound Hwy 101 just before the Toll Plaza will be closed.
